Upload OAS Items CSVs and Shopify order CSVs. Tracking uses the latest order date found in the uploaded CSVs, not today’s date. OAS is used for complete OAS months; Shopify fills missing/incomplete OAS months. Shopify source is detected from order number prefix: BIZ = B2B, EN = DTC.
Upload CSVs to load the wall dashboard. Build metrics use OAS bikes marked Complete, not sales orders.

Email / PDF Report
Use Export / Save PDF after loading the CSVs. In the print dialog choose Save as PDF, then attach the PDF to your email.
The PDF will look closest to this webpage. HTML email is less reliable, so the email-ready report opens a static version you can copy if needed.

Current Month Diagnostics (click to expand)
Shows every counted current-month order after exclusions, grouped by order number. Only EN and BIZ customer orders are counted. OAS rows are joined back to Shopify by order number to enrich date, customer, value, order status and fulfilment status. Counted rows now require a Shopify match and value above the configured bike threshold. Gross is the actual Shopify order amount including VAT. Net is the same order amount excluding VAT. RRP/product variant price is not used for the revenue totals.
